Absolutely amazing fitness centre. Clean, hygienic and very spacious. The trainers are outstanding. The staff is friendly and courteous. Oly is an excellent trainer for strong nation session, loved her energy and passion for what she does. Definitely joining them for more sessions.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable specially - DIPESH very professional guy. The gym is open 24/7 allowing me to do my workout on my convinient time. And the equipments are good enough to do all my workout and well maintained. more power!

Very bad membership policy, for a simple gym membership I am being ask documents as if Im applying for a visa for a foreign country, this is unacceptable.You cant ask a client how much they earn, salary certificates, bank statements, LinkedIn accounts like seriously!Well good luck with that!

I am new at this gym and what I have noticed first is that staff is very friendly, especially one of the guys - Dipesh, is extremely helpful and positive. He always, always makes sure to say hi when you enter the gym, which I find very important. The gym is spacious, machines and weights are more than decent. You can also do crossfit or group classes there. I love the fact that it is open 24/7

Im training here with my clients and we have no complaints. The gym is great, the equipment is new and there is a nice variability of group classes that you can attend. 💪🏼

Clean, plenty of space. Olympic free weights, gymnast rings, power sleds, open 24/7. 1 shower. Friendly staff. I like it.

Staff are very unhelpful and disrespectful I paid for the membership beginning of the last month and they didn’t give me my membership card and yesterday I tried to go and they didn’t allow me to enter the gym and I already paid for everything and someone calls me on my phone and asks me to leave and he says that’s not our problem. This is the media city branch worst gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to bad gyms but this one takes the cake. I recommend you snap fitness motor city or Gym nation which is the same price but trust me better staff

You get what you pay forVery good variety of classes, Decent sized facilities , limited number of equipment and a below average shower and changing area

The gym and equipment are good spacious staff are friendly but the downside is the Male bathroom the smell isnt the best it smells old nd bad plus there is no water to drink only the one with freezing temperatures unlik other gyms where u find the big water gallon to for people to drinkif they can fix those 2 problems its would be great

It was my first visit to Snap Fitness at Media city and the experience was simply amazing. The staff were very warm and welcoming, the equipments are super and all in very hygienic conditions. I felt very positive and motivated and the entire exercise schedule was made to look so very easy. Will definitely visit again and strongly recommend to visit Snap Fitness to stay healthy coz health is indeed the greatest wealth.

The Place is clean, Staff are all freindly, not Crowded, machines are all well maintained and Clean. Everyone observed personal space and Hygeine

Good gym space but false promises.I was promised a membership freeze of 1 month but denied later. Also did not get a refund of security deposit for the card.Beware of false promises made by the sales team and their management who is keen on saving money at the cost of bad customer experience because of pandemic.You can see the refund and freeze clause in the picture.

Really nice gym setup with adequate number of cardio machines and weight training equipment. Doesnt get over crowded in post work hours. Free parking available in the basement.

They are thieves! They promised a refund cheque and have been stalling for months now. They don’t even answer me on the phone or WhatsApp.Think twice before you spend your money here because you won’t be seeing it again.

Its a gym that you can find all what you need to good workout. The equipment are excellent quality ones from technogym. Workout area is always cleanand tidy. Staff are very friendly. The area of improvement would be the bathrooms as they are very small with bad smell. In addition, better lockers need to be provided.

Place is good but seems more of building gym then commercial, limited equipments & its not 24hrs as they claim, if it gets crowded then you need wait for your turn to use the equipment

I really had a bad experience with this gym. They promised me things and lied to me plus the bad management and bad customer service. they stole my money and I will never forget them for that. I didn’t even use the membership and I’ve been trying to cancel it since day one. It’s been 7 months now. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

A well maintained GYM with a crowdless enviroment with friendly trainor

Dirty bathrooms and showers, no door in the ladies changing room, anyone can just go inside as they pleased, trainers they care only about their nationality customers and attending them only. No lady trainer available, even though theyve promised one at the beginning. The worst place to spend your cash for overpriced gym. Never make mistake and go to this gym!

For the price, its got really nice machines. Limited trainers available, small locker room, gets cramped easily

I could find everything what a gym has to have. Qualy technogym machines.If I could wish a revolving curl bar would be nice (I dont know why is it a rare thing in UAE although a basic equipment),the leg extension could go up to 120 kg,leg lifting frame (abdominal),more lockers (I dont know why upper lockers are locked always if noone else is in the gym)Otherwise I love it :)People are kind, helpful and experienced.Reasonable price, new equipments, not crowded, summary a good gym

The worst experience- after I cancelled my subscription, they kept on deducting the fees for three consecutive months. I cancelled because of their lies when it comes to classes... i never went did and did a class! They every time gave me an excuse and i ended up working out on the machines.

Very bad experience, I cancelled my membership and they keep deducting money from my credit card , I still following up on this for more than 3 months and still didn’t get my money refunded. The worst gym in Dubai , don’t recommend to anyone!

Very bad customer service. I asked the marketing team to contact me for 3 months membership but they did not even bother sending me a message and when I did they did not respond. They just care to let people register for 1 year straight. Very disappointed
